After weeks of refusing to accept Giampiero Ventura's offers of resignation, Bari have apparently reached an agreement to separate with their trainer.

The Galletti currently lie rock bottom of Serie A, nine points adrift of safety after six straight defeats.

La Gazzetta dello Sport understands that Ventura is already no longer in charge and that an official announcement confirming the decision will be made once they agree a severance package.

Bari's directors will meet today to discuss the matter further.
