Ventura was heavily criticised for his decision to adopt the formation during Italy’s 3-0 defeat to Spain on Saturday, but the CT suggested the result would not force him to shake things up.

“We have the opportunity of playing in more ways than one and we’ve shown it. We must continue growing, working on all possible scenarios.
