Matias Vecino is delighted with Inter’s performance in the win over Fiorentina, but thinks his side can play even better.
The Nerazzurri recorded a comfortable 3-0 win over the Viola at the San Siro, with Mauro Icardi scoring twice and Ivan Perisic also finding the net.
“We put on a really good performance, but I think we can do even better,” new signing Vecino told Italian television after the win against his former club.
“We had other different chances to score, but it’s fine.

The Uruguayan, signed from the Viola over the summer, added it was ‘special’ to play for Luciano Spalletti’s team for the first time.
“It was special, but whenever I go on the pitch I think about my work.”
