Former Lazio defender Denis Vavro believes Serie A is too tactical and explains why Simone Inzaghi made him nervous.
The 24-year-old was loaned out to SD Huesca in January after he had only played one Serie A game with Lazio in the first part of the season.
“I played one game and then the coach left him out of the [Serie A] list. Lack of game time made me nervous,” the defender said at his unveiling press conference.
“The failed move to Genoa made me even more nervous and now I thank SD Huesca for the opportunity I have been given.

“I am going to settle in quickly. It may take one or two weeks to get the right rhythm, not more than that.”
What went wrong in Serie A?
“There are many physical challenges, lot of pace, I think it’s too tactical,” Vavro admitted.
“Almost every Spanish club play well, I like playing two-touch football, La Liga is a top league.”
