Inter midfielder Borja Valero calls Barcelona “my eternal rival”, having grown up supporting Real Madrid.

The Nerazzurri take on the Catalan side at Camp Nou tonight, and the Spaniard will be even more fired-up than the rest of his teammates.

“I’m a Madridista, Barcelona remain my eternal rival,” Valero told El Pais.

“Playing against them brings extra motivation. There’s no [Leo] Messi and that’s a positive for us, because he’s a unique player.

“Is Mauro Icardi like him? No, but he’s the man who knows how to finish off our play.
