The asking price has always been €15m and negotiations dragged on for weeks.
According to Spanish paper Marca, Valencia representatives will arrive in Italy to make a new proposal on Monday for €12m.
It’s still below the price-tag, but close enough to €13m for Inter to at least consider it with the aid of some bonuses.
