Fiorentina have two major doubts going into the Conference League Final, while West Ham look to Michail Antonio and ex-Milan man Lucas Paqueta.

It kicks off at the Eden Arena in Prague on Wednesday at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).

Vincenzo Italiano has repeatedly rotated his squad throughout the campaign, so predicting his starting XI is often difficult, particularly when it comes to the forwards.

At least one doubt has been resolved for him, because the coach confirmed Gaetano Castrovilli has not recovered from a knock to the knee, so Rolando Mandragora will therefore start with Sofyan Amrabat in midfield.

Nico Gonzalez is sure of his spot, with Giacomo Bonaventura and Jonathan Ikone likely too, but after days of Luka Jovic being the favourite to start upfront, Conference League top scorer Arthur Cabral is making up ground.

In defence, Lucas Martinez-Quarta should get the nod ahead of Igor.

West Ham United are only missing Italy international Gianluca Scamacca and suspended Aaron Cresswell, so Antonio should be supported by Jarrod Bowen, Said Benrahma and former Milan creative midfielder Paqueta.

All eyes will be on Declan Rice for what is probably his final game for the club before moving on, while Alphonse Areola gets the gloves, although penalty specialist Lukasz Fabianski could get a chance if the game looks like it’s heading beyond extra time.

Probable line-ups

Fiorentina: Terracciano; Dodo, Milenkovic, Martinez-Quarta, Biraghi; Amrabat, Mandragora; Gonzalez, Bonaventura, Ikone; Cabral

West Ham United: Areola; Coufal, Zouma, Aguerd, Cresswell; Rice, Soucek; Bowen, Paqueta, Benrahma; Antonio
