Udinese Coach Francesco Guidolin wants his players to seize the occasion when they host Fiorentina in tomorrow night’s Coppa Italia semi-final first leg.

The 58-year-old also added that the game at the Stadio Friuli is a chance for his side to dream.

“We’re only playing the first half tomorrow but there is so much at stake for us, as well as Fiorentina,” Guidolin has told reporters today.

“It is our moment. We have the chance to dream so we need to play the game with attention and skill, looking to give the best that we can.

“We’re playing every three days, it’s difficult, but we must concentrate on the game tomorrow. The match against Bologna can be of help to us.”

Guidolin was also questioned about young goalkeeper Simeone Scuffet, who came into the side for Sunday’s win over Bologna and may keep his place for tomorrow night’s clash.

“It was a difficult decision to put a young man into a position like that for a tough game,” he explained.

“I thought about it for a long time with my staff because we thought that Zeljko Brkic would maybe not make it in time.

“At the end of the day I took the final decision and it went how it went.”
