Frosinone travel to the Dacia Arena on Saturday afternoon full of confidence for their clash with Udinese. The Canarini secured their first win of the Serie A season against Atalanta last weekend and will be keen to build on their early success.
The Zebrette will provide a very different challenge this weekend, however, as Andrea Sottil sets his side up to be defensively compact, often at the expense of offensive output. Udinese secured a point away at Salernitana last weekend in a result that appeased neither set of fans but was a fair representation of the two sides’ quality.
With the hosts unwilling to take undue risks, a wager on a similar result this Saturday may well pay off, with a low-scoring draw looking likely. Furthermore, Udinese’s new-look attack, with Lorenzo Lucca partnering Florian Thauvin, and two new wing-backs in support is very much in its early stages.
