Udinese have made it through to the Europa League play-offs after beating Siroki Brijeg 4-0 on the night, 7-1 on aggregate.

Francesco Guidolin named virtually his strongest XI for the third qualifying match, after their 3-1 win in Bosnia last week.  Antonio Di Natale and Luis Muriel started up front, whilst Danilo and Naldo operated at the back.

And it didn’t take long for the Zebrette to open the scoring, as Di Natale struck home his side’s opener with just nine minutes gone.

The home side continued to press for a second throughout the first half, only to be foiled by some poor finishing.

But a host of changes in the second 45 brought with it some better luck. Andrea Lazzarri fired home from a set piece to make it 2-0 with 83 minutes gone, before Dusan Basta made the tie safe with a goal just four minutes later.

Matej Vydra put the icing on the cake in injury to take Udinese into the next stage of the competition.
