“If the date for starting the Serie A games from June 13 was confirmed, it would be absolute madness for players and clubs,” Udinese technical director Marino told Rai Radio 1.
“Our position is that we should only return to the field when the health and safety of players and staff can be guaranteed.”
Teams will resume training in small groups from Monday, but without contact, at least until the medical protocol can be agreed.
