New Under-21 Italy Coach Paolo Nicolato will make his debut against Moldova in Catania, then face Luxembourg in Castel di Sangro, both in September.

The Azzurrini promoted Nicolato from the Under-20 job to replace Gigi Di Biagio after the disappointing European U21 Championship.

His first game in charge will be at the Stadio Massimino in Catania on Friday September 6, a friendly against Moldova.

The Euro 2021 qualifiers begin on September 10 against Luxembourg, to be played in Castel di Sangro.
