Three Serie A youngsters have been nominated for the inaugural Trophée Kopa, including Gigio Donnarumma and Patrick Cutrone.

The Kopa has been added to the Ballon d’Or slate for this season, and seeks to reward the best Under-21 player in the world.

Issued by France Football, the prize will be judged by a 33-man panel including Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Today the magazine has announced the nominees for the award, with two Italians in the shape of Cutrone and Donnarumma, both of whom play for Milan.
