Nocerino, an Italian international, is no longer a regular in the plans of boss Massimiliano Allegri at Milan.
Lodi, meanwhile, could leave the port club just months after his summer arrival. The playmaker is yet to convince new Coach Gian Piero Gasperini of his abilities.
Torino would like to take both Lodi and Nocerino – who are represented by Alessandro Moggi – on six-month loan agreements.
