Disgraced actor Kevin Spacey posed with Torino President Urbano Cairo ahead of their Serie A match against Spezia with his own personalised jersey.

The American is currently in Turin to receive a lifetime achievement award at the Museo Del Cinema on Monday and hold an onstage ‘masterclass’ with the museum’s President Domenico De Gaetano.

Inevitably, this decision caused huge controversy because Spacey has been the centre of multiple accusations of sexual abuse in the acting industry since 2017, becoming practically a pariah.

He was cleared of the civil suit filed by actor Anthony Rapp, but only two days ago was formally charged in London, pleading not guilty to seven charges of sexual assault between 2001 and 2005.

Oscar winner Spacey is now facing charges for a total of 12 sexual offences against four men in a trial that will begin in June.

These include indecent assault, sexual assault and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.

None of this seemed to concern Torino or President Urbano Cairo, who happily posed with Spacey in the stands of the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino and put the image up on their social media pages.
