And the veteran centre-forward, who spent three years at Bayern Munich, is confident that the Toro goalscorer will suit Jurgen Klopp’s side.
“Ciro is one of the best young players in Italy,” he told Bild.
“I think he’ll suit the Bundesliga perfectly.”
