Atalanta defender Rafael Toloi reveals he had tested positive for Covid-19 on Friday but adds that the swab tests he had yesterday and today came back negative.
La Dea announced yesterday that a member of the team had tested positive after the round of swab tests undergone on Friday.
The club failed to reveal his identity and this afternoon Toloi took on Instagram to say: “Firstly, thank to you all for the many messages I received.”

“As many of you may know, I tested positive for Covid on Friday but I want to share with you the news that yesterday’s and today’s exams come back negative and that I feel well.”
Toloi was clearly not included in today’s Atalanta team that beat Cagliari 5-2 at home today.
