According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, the two men are in Paris as they look to wrap up lengthy discussions about the Nerazzurri’s future.
Oil tycoon Moratti is apparently on the verge of selling a 70 per cent stake of his beloved Nerazzurri to Thohir.
Members of the Moratti family are expected to remain on the board once the sale has finally been concluded.
Moratti bought the club in 1995. During his era in charge, the outfit have won Serie A, the Coppa Italia, the Italian Super Cup, the FIFA Club World Cup, the Champions League and the UEFA Cup.
