Erick Thohir has met with Massimo Moratti and son Angelo Mario as talks about buying a controlling stake in Inter continue.

The Indonesian businessman is said to be ready to take a 75 per cent share in the outfit in exchange for €350m.

Reports today claim that Thohir met the two members of the Moratti family in a Milanese hotel this afternoon.

Thohir is said to have been accompanied to Italy by Jason Levien, an American colleague who is being tipped to become a part of the new look board at San Siro.

The aim is to have a deal wrapped up by September.

It is believed that President Massimo Moratti and Angelo will remain with the outfit in some form, but it is unclear at this stage what roles they would have.
