Thiago Motta ended speculation of a return to Italy with Inter by extending his Paris Saint-Germain contract.
This evening the midfielder penned a new deal tying him to the club until June 2017.
“I am extremely happy to tell you that Thiago Motta has extended his contract,” announced President Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
“Thiago is a player our fans adore, just as realised after the latest match at the Parc des Princes. Since the start of the season he has proved once again how essential he is to our system.
