“The best thing is to create a second team,” he told Corriere dello Sport. “Every Sunday we see many talented players sitting on the bench.

“If they had the chance to play in stadiums with proper fans, then they would grow as players.

“Unfortunately though, not everyone thinks so.

“But I think a second team is fundamental.”
