According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, talks between Inter and Paulo Dybala’s entourage are ongoing, but neither the club nor the Juventus striker is in a hurry to reach an agreement.

La Joya will leave Juventus at the end of his contract in June as the Serie A giants have decided against offering him a new deal. Inter are among the clubs interested in securing his services as a free agent at the end of the season but must free up wages to afford a reasonable offer for the Argentina international.

Although Alexis Sanchez is expected to leave the club in the summer, Inter may also need to sell Lautaro Martinez, who has recently signed a contract extension. Dybala’s compatriot is not on the market, but Inter will listen to offers for him in the summer.

Meantime, Dybala is not in a hurry to find a new club. He is looking for a team that would put him at the centre of a technical project. Inter seem to be a perfect destination given that Simone Inzaghi appreciates the Argentinean and his 3-5-2 system would suit the striker.

Dybala’s agent Jorge Antun is still in Italy and will meet one of the striker’s intermediaries who has spoken to English and Spanish clubs over the last few weeks. The meeting will take place next week and is seen as another crucial step for the future of the Argentinean, who hasn’t ruled out the possibility of joining Juventus’ biggest rivals next season.

  1. He should go to Milan. Going to Inter would be such a cowardly move after 9 years at Juve.. wow these players these days. All that speaks is money now.. so sad.

  2. Inter is almost broke and only in commissions this guy will cost no less than 20m, let alone the fact his salary, in the most optimistic situation would be at least 8m per season. I don’t see Dybala going to Inter unless Sanchez and Lautaro goes…
