Adel Taarabt is in Milan this morning to complete formalities on a loan move from Fulham and QPR.

The playmaker was originally seen as on his way to the Rossoneri in an exchange of loans with Cristian Zaccardo.

However, with the defender turning down the switch out to Fulham and now viewing a potential move now to Parma, Milan have negotiated a separate deal for Taarabt.

It is believed that they have agreed to take over Fulham’s loan of the Moroccan from QPR, but that talks over a permanent switch will not happen until the summer.

Taarabt has this morning flown out to Milan ahead of talks with Adriano Galliani and medical check-ups with the Diavolo, as confirmed by the club in a brief statement.

“Adel Taarabt, the Moroccan forward aged 24, had landed at Linate airport on a private flight,” detailed Milan today.

“Ahead of his official transfer to Milan, he will have to complete the usual procedures.”
