The Honduran has been training with the Rossoblu ahead of an expected reunion with his former team.

However, there has been a breakdown in the relationship which suggests that Suazo doesn't feature in the outfit's plans.

"Director general Francesco Marroccu told me that I have to leave the squad and that is what I am doing," said the former Inter player.

"I'll now try to contact the President because I want to know the reasons behind why this decision was taken.

"I've spent 20 days with the team and I had clarified a few points with regard to my contract," he continued.

"On Saturday I signed a blank contract to make my intentions clear. I wanted to be an important player for Cagliari again.

"I don't know what to think."

The Honduran international left the Sardinian club for Italian giants Inter in the summer of 2007 for €13m.

He's now a free agent after his Nerazzurri contract expired in June.

Suazo, 31, scored 102 goals in 276 games in all competitions for Cagliari during his eight-year stint with the Rossoblu.
