Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have reportedly joined the race to sign Roma winger Cengiz Under.
According to CalcioNews24, Cengiz’s performances have attracted the interest of both North London clubs, as well as German sides Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
However, the website believes talks are progressing for the Turkey starlet to put pen to paper on an improved contract worth €2m a season, which would include a release clause of €40-50m.
