Their medicals are set for this morning and will be very important, as both players saw their careers stall over serious injuries.
Spinazzola is 26 years old and came up through the Juve academy, but really made his mark during a two-season loan spell with Atalanta.
He only managed 14 competitive appearances for the Bianconeri this term, scoring one goal and providing an assist.
It's reported his contract will be a five-year deal worth €2.5m per season plus bonuses.
Pellegrini is only 20 and impressed with Italy at the U20 World Cup, while he spent the last six months on loan at Cagliari.
Born and raised in Rome, he is the latest homegrown player to be shipped out of the Stadio Olimpico.
His salary at Juventus in a five-year contract will be €1.3m plus bonuses.
