Dzeko has already scored 12 goals for Roma this season, including 10 in 13 Serie A appearances, but while Spalletti is understandably impressed with the striker, the Coach feels his No 9 can be more ruthless with his finishing.
“Dzeko? If a Coach could make a prototype for a striker, I’d make one that resembled Dzeko,” he told oslobodjenje.ba.

“He’s the perfect prototype: strong, tall, fast for his height, combative aggressive and has good technique.
“However, he is still lacking in terms of ruthlessness and must show [more of] his characteristics on the pitch.
“He has everything to do well, but sometimes he doesn’t show his talent.
“A football match is like life: there are times when you must grasp the opportunities that you’re given with both hands.”
