The Brazilian officially joined the Nerazzurri from Nice yesterday, following a protracted summer transfer saga which saw the first offer made in June.
“He’s an important prospect,” Spalletti told Sky.
“He has to learn some things for our football though, and the margins are thin. It’ll take commitment, we’ve already said that and he’ll do it.”

It’s believed Dalbert’s transfer fee was €20m, plus performance-related bonuses and a 20 per cent sell-on clause.
