The Liga club have already shown an interest in Palermo's Javier Pastore, but it is being suggested that the Dutchman is their primary target.

According to whispers, club officials have already met with Sneijder's agent Soren Lerby about his availability.

It is being suggested that Malaga are apparently ready to offer €35m to the Milan giants, although convincing the player to sign may be problematic.

The attacking midfielder has been a key man for the Nerazzurri since his arrival in the summer of 2009 from Real Madrid.

New Inter boss Gian Piero Gasperini failed to rule out Sneijder's exit earlier this week when asked about his future.

"Sneijder is an excellent player," the Coach noted. "We'll see what occurs, a lot of things can happen between now and the end of the market."

Gasperini has played with a 3-4-3 in the past, while Sneijder has often played centrally behind strikers at San Siro.
