“We certainly will not extend the contract with Palermo at President Zamparini's current conditions,” agent Carlo Pallavicino told Radio Manà Manà.

“For the moment there are several options for a transfer: Genoa, then either Spain or Germany.”

Sirigu's current wages are only €250,000 per season, which would be doubled to around €550,000 under a new contract.
