“I still speak to Javier Zanetti on the phone and I am not afraid to say it,” Simeone told Mediaset Premium television.
“One day I will return to Inter, because I have good memories as a player there and it is my objective as a Coach to return.”

Simeone played alongside current Inter Vice-President Zanetti from 1996 to 1999, winning the UEFA Cup.
He has already worked in Serie A as a Coach at Catania from January to June 2011.
