The Argentine defender is midway through a year-long loan at the Nerazzurri from Palermo, but his representative has admitted that he harbours ambitions to play for Napoli.
“He has refused moves to Genoa and Atalanta” data-scaytid=”6″>Atalanta,” Eugenio Ascari told Radio Crc. “He has rejected those moves because he wants to try and get in the national team.
“Silvestre's ambition though, is to play for Napoli.”
