Revealing a couple of images of the ball on Thursday morning, it shows a purple striped design with luminous yellow detailing marking out the hexagonal stitching pattern.

Serie A sides will use the ball from the start of the new season, which kicks of on the weekend of August 30 and 31, with fixtures due to be announced on July 28.
