Ongggg..the referee in Roma-Torino game doesn’t know the handball rule .. he called a penalty kick for the defender heading the ball to his own hand.. the rule specifically states it is not an offense when the ball strikes his hand directly from his head . Thank god VAR overruled him .. this guy is not qualified..lol
