Trouble and strife at the Rigamonti

After winning the Serie B championship in the 2018-2019 campaign, hopes were certainly high in the Brescia camp, and rightfully so. After nine seasons, Le Rondinelle would finally be testing their mettle in the top flight. To prepare for the season ahead, club owner and president Massimo Cellino made some key acquisitions in all departments, but the biggest signing was one that did not cost them a dime: Mario Balotelli.
