“Parma had a good approach to the game, but they were predictable,” Sarri told Rai Sport.
“They reacted with pride and with their quality do not deserve to be bottom of the table, but we held out well and scored with our chances.
“Towards the end we sat on our lead, but in the circumstances we are happy. It was important to get points away from home and that’s particularly tough in Serie A.
“However, we need to keep our heads on the game, as there’s a long road to safety.”
