The tactician still has a year left to run on his contract, but Palermo are believed to be heading a queue of clubs such as Fiorentina and Genoa for his signature.

“I will only be thinking about Siena until Sunday,” he told Radio Gol. “After that I will speak with the club.

“I’m a concrete kind of guy, I don’t like to talk about nothing. On Monday or Tuesday I will discuss my future.”

Sannino was given his first taste of Serie A football by the Tuscan outfit and he’s managed to keep the side in the top flight.

“I have to thank Siena for giving me this opportunity,” added the 4-4-2 boss. “It has been a gratifying experience because, in football, you know where to start from but you don’t know how it will end.”

Siena will conclude the campaign with a game at Champions League chasing Napoli on Sunday night.
