Sampdoria are ready to sign Junior Tavares from Sao Paulo after he passed his medical this morning.
The Brazilian left-back turns 22 next month and came up through the Gremio youth academy before moving to Sao Paulo FC in August 2016.
According to Sky Sport Italia, he passed his medical in Genoa this morning and will soon complete the transfer.
