And should the former midfielder decide to leave the Bluerchiati, the club have, according to Calcio News, decided to go for Pioli as his replacement.

The 48-year-old has had a varied career in management, starting at Salernitana” data-scaytid=”25″>Salernitana, before going on to Parma, Piacenza and Chievo.  He was sacked by Bologna earlier this year and has been enjoying a brief hiatus from life in the dugout.
