Sampdoria have reportedly agreed terms to sign defender Gianmarco Ferrari from Sassuolo.
The 25-year-old centre-back was sold to Sassuolo last summer for €4m, but remained on loan at Crotone for another campaign.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, Samp have worked out a deal to sign Ferrari.
It will be on loan with an option to buy, but Sassuolo can also retain a buy-back option of their own.
There are reports the medical has already been completed.
