Salernitana are looking to convince Andrea Pinamonti of a move after they agreed the terms of a deal with Inter

The 23-year-old Italian striker has reportedly turned down the Campania side’s offer as he awaits for a move to either Sassuolo or Atalanta instead. Both clubs are also fighting to secure Pinamonti’s signature, but neither have agreed a deal with Inter yet.

As reported by La Repubblica, Salernitana have agreed to pay Inter €20m plus add-ons for Pinamonti and now they’ve set aside a few days to try and convince the 23-year-old of a move south.

Sassuolo and Atalanta have already agreed personal terms with Pinamonti and are still working to find a deal with Inter, setting up a tense race to the finish line.

Last season, Pinamonti scored 13 goals and provided two assists in 36 Serie A appearances whilst on loan at Empoli. His contract expires with the Nerazzurri in 2024.
