Fiorentina have reportedly set a 7pm deadline for Mohamed Salah’s decision, while they plan a release clause for the future.
The Artemio Franchi side met with the Egyptian winger’s representatives yesterday, and Gazzetta dello Sport believe that the club have set a deadline of 7pm UK time today for a decision over whether he stays or goes.
The newspaper also reports that should Salah agree to stay, the Viola would look to offer him a four or five year contract with a €60m release clause after completing his mandatory signing of €18m from Chelsea.
The club are believed to have offered the 23-year-old a deal worth over €3m per season, after he scored six league goals in 16 appearances during a six-month loan last season.
