So far there has been no official announcement that his transfer is complete, but reports emerged this morning that he’d finally take his medical at the Villa Stuart clinic in Rome.

Ruiz has now arrived at the facility, and assuming there are no problems he will go to meet President Aurelio De Laurentiis and become a Napoli player for €30m, the price of his release clause.
That will in turn pave the way for Jorginho to join City, with the Italian international expected in England on Thursday.
