The Italy international has yet to make an appearance for the Viola since his January from Villarreal due to a long-term knee injury.
But his agent has admitted that the striker could play before the end of the season, whilst also commenting on the reason why his client chose Vincenzo Montella's team.

“This team was serious about signing Giuseppe and had good ambitions,” Andrea Pastorello told Radio Fierole.
“We are both confident about the choice we made.
“He cannot wait to play. I think he could be on the bench against Palermo [on May 12].”
