Fiorentina travel to the Giuseppe Meazza stadium having lost their last nine away Serie A games to the Nerazzurri. Similarly, Rossi has a record of eight defeats from eight League games when in charge of an away team at Inter.
Despite the problems Claudio Ranieri’s men find themselves in and the uncertainty of what to expect as a performance from them, Rossi is adamant that the true outcome of the result will depend primarily on the attitude of his players.
“It is true that Inter are not in a great moment, but they have many champions and their pride. For this reason I hope that Fiorentina is up to the task. If we go there thinking we are there for the taking then it is wrong.
“We will find difficulties but we hope to respect the shirt and the fans who follow us and to play with a good spirit as against Roma.
