Giuseppe Rossi’s agent says his client may return to play in Serie A, but doubts it will be for Fiorentina.
The forward is currently on loan at Spanish club Celta Vigo from the Viola, who he first joined in 2013.
“Giuseppe Rossi is fine, he has settled in well and he is getting into a rhythm,” Andrea Pastorello told Firenzeviola.it when asked about the player’s time in La Liga so far.

“Giuseppe Rossi is fine, he has settled in well and he is getting into a rhythm,” Andrea Pastorello told Firenzeviola.it when asked about the player’s time in La Liga so far.
“He is 29 so there would be time and space for it [a return to Serie A], but right now we are embracing this new adventure in Spain, then in the future we will see. Nothing is excluded.”
Pastorello did however appear to rule out the possibilty of Rossi returning to play a part at the Artemio Franchi.
“Fiorentina? I don’t believe in ever going back.”
Finally, the agent was asked whether his client still had ambitions to play for Italy.
“It has always been an idea but right now it is not his principal thought. He is concentrating on his new adventure.”
