The Corriere dello Sport is claiming that the Giallorossi want to cash in on the two players once the winter window opens.
Cicinho, 31, is only contracted to the club until June 2012 and it would seem that the Italians want to net a fee, albeit a nominal one, for a player who would be available on a Bosman in June.
The former Real Madrid right-back, who has struggled with injuries in recent times, has been limited to just 20 minutes of top-flight action this term.
Juan, meanwhile, is also thought to be available despite the Stadio OIimpico outfit’s centre-back problems.
Roma lost Argentine stopper Nicolas Burdisso for the rest of the season last week after he damaged knee ligaments.
Juan, 32, has played in just two of Roma’s 11 Serie A games so far.
The veteran has been at the Italian outfit since his 2007 switch from Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen.
