Roma are reportedly pushing to sign Barcelona full-back Adriano.

The Brazilian is a bit-part player in Luis Enrique’s squad, making just two La Liga starts so far this season.

With the Blaugrana’s transfer ban having been lifted, they are now free to sign players, and are therefore more likely to allow players to leave.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio’s website, the Giallorossi are pushing hard to bring the 31-year-old to Serie A, with new talks expected this week.

Adriano is two-footed, and can also play on the wing, meaning he would cover the gap left by Juan Iturbe’s departure, as well as bolstering the full-back positions.
