Italian referee Gianluca Rocchi will officiate the Europa League Final between Chelsea and Arsenal on May 29.

Rocchi is one of Europe’s most experienced referees, having been internationally accredited since 2008.

The 45-year-old has been assigned six Champions League games this season and was the fourth official in two Europa League Finals (2010 and 2017).

He also manned the European Super Cup between Manchester United and Real Madrid two years ago.

Assisting Rocchi are fellow Italians Filippo Meli, Lorenzo Manganelli, Daniele Orsato, Massimiliano Irrati and Marco Guida, the latter pair of whom will be in the VAR booth, alongside Polish duo Szymon Marciniak and Pawel Sokolnicki.
