Inter forward Alexis Sanchez has reportedly received an offer from MLS but the former Manchester United striker believes he can still make an impact in Europe.

The Chile international has struggled to convince at San Siro and has been linked with a move away from the Nerazzurri in recent months.

FCInterNews reports an offer has arrived from MLS, with a two-year deal until December 2023 prepared for the former Barcelona star.

Sanchez was given a chance from the first minute against Empoli and contributed an assist in the 2-0 win last week, while he entered to play the final 25 minutes against Udinese on Sunday.

But the report doesn’t rule out a transfer in January and claims he has been given a possible exit route by a team in the American league.

The 32-year-old, however, is convinced he can still contribute in the top leagues in Europe and is not planning to end his career in a minor league.

Sanchez has appeared six times in Serie A, contributing two assists in the process, and has entered off the bench in two Champions League games.

Sanchez, capped 142 times by Chile, arrived on loan from Manchester United in August 2019 and signed a permanent deal with the Nerazzurri the following season.

He has contributed 11 goals and 20 assists during his 78 competitive games with the Nerazzurri.

  1. Inter is perfect for you….Inter heals you from the injuries from International Duty and keeps you on the bench so that you can focus on playing for Chile – who would be dumb enough to give up 7 mill a season to do that ? the question is ……. who signed him in the first place ?
